To send:

1. Create an account by registering on our website (login if you are a returning customer);
2. Let us know who you want to receive the money by filling out the form and pay for the transfer;
3. Provide the receiver with all required information (sender's name, amount to be received, unique 5 digit control number provided to you upon successful payment, a bank where the transfer can be picked up).

To receive:

1. Obtain all required information from your sender;
2. Go to any branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
3. Present your passport to bank teller and let them know you are picking up MEEST money transfer.

To send:

1. Create an account by registering on our website (login if you are a returning customer);
2. Let us know who and where you want to receive the money by filling out the form and pay for the transfer;
3. Provide the receiver with all required information (sender's name, amount to be received and order number).

To receive:

1. Obtain all required information from your sender;
2. You will be contacted by our courier; please be ready to present your passport.
3. Once you receive the money, you will be asked to sign a confirmation form, which can be mailed to your sender upon his/her request.

Important to know:

• Online money transfers to banks are paid out to recipients in USD only (for home delivery available in Ukraine only, it is possible to deliver either USD or CAD). The sender pays for the online transfer is Canadian dollars only based on the current rate of exchange.
• Online money transfers can be picked up at a bank the next business day afternoon (if your order was successfully submitted and paid for online before 5.00 pm EST on the previous business day).
• There are absolutely no additional fees for your recipient to pick up the money.
• For money transfers exceeding the equivalent of  $1,000.00 CAD (including any fees), you must register first and be approved by the administrator. For further instructions, please contact us by email onlinestore@kantor.ca or by phone 1-416-767-7782.
• For Ukraine only, please fill out the form in Cyrillic alphabet as the spelling of the first and last name of the recipient must exactly correspond to that in the recipient's passport.

2. INTERAC® E-transfer: it is a simple, convenient and secure way to send money directly to our account, via the email address provided, using your online banking. You can utilize this method of payment as long as it is supported by your financial institution, including all the major banks and credit unions in Canada.

Restrictions and Requirements:

1. Your order amount cannot be less than $100 (total of transfer amount and corresponding fee) and cannot exceed $3000 CAD equivalent (total of transfer amount and corresponding fee).
2. KANTOR MONETARY SOLUTIONS  operates in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian Federal Law, which stipulates that all money transfer transactions equal to or exceeding CAD $1,000.00 have to be accompanied by a proper proof of identity document.
